Frank has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He is accredited as a Career Management Professional (CMP), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP). Frank is pursuing a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology.
Frank has completed an expansive range of specialized trainings and certifications to keep his skills and processes on the cutting edge. For example he is certified in the Prosci Change Management Methodology and has integrated it with best practices of other proven organizational change methodologies. He is certified as a Master Instructional Designer and a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Accredited Facilitator. He is a ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor (TLI) in Mind Mapping, which he incorporates in his proprietary processes for creative systems thinking and innovation.
He is an expert in the leading tools of applied positive psychology. Frank is a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator (CAIF). He is a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT), specializing in leadership mindset and non-trance influence techniques in leadership. He draws on extensive training in both traditional and modern cognitive behavioral tools, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, meditation and mindfulness. He applies these tools for deep-lying change with a consistently positive focus: to help high potential leaders and ambitious teams envision and reach their next level of impact.
He is in the process of becoming a Certified ROI Professional (CRP). This is emerging as the gold standard accreditation and methodology for ensuring training, coaching and change initiatives offer demonstrable and sustainable value to organizations.
Frank is skilled in use of over two dozen assessment tools in leadership development and career management. He holds the industry’s leading certifications for psychometric instruments. He is an MBTI Certified Practitioner and one of a small set of professionals certified to administer the MBTI Step III. His other accreditations include: Everything DiSC Certified Trainer, Birkman Certified Consultant, Hogan Assessment Certification, HBDI Certified Practitioner, and EQ-i 2.0/EQ-i 360 Certification. With each inventory Frank applies he is equally clear on its potential and limitations. He customizes individual and team assessment to ensure it is productive and empowering – and above all lays the foundation for substantive change.
In his spare time, Frank is making headway on his first book, which explores the intersections of positive attitudinal change, authentic leadership, and professional renewal.
